Rate and discuss the seventh issue of the Hellbound Chronicles.

We'd love for you to leave feedback, not just a vote, let us know what you want to see, where you want the series to go, where you think the art and writing can improve.

This is Anna's second comic for the series, after "Welcome to Oblivion". The central conceit was provided by Daniel Elliot, which I developed the script from. I think the art in this issue is striking and interesting, I love how she designed the Cenobite. I think there's some very atmospheric images in her work.

i think she did the design a lot of justice and it looks fantastic. Plenty of votes but surprised there's little comments on this, i think Anna's work was beautiful, especially on some of the splash pages.

I really like the artwork in this issue. I think the splash pages really lift it and hope it’s something other artists adopt in future issues.

The Screwtop cenobite is, I think, one of the best depictions of a cenobite I’ve seen in any format. I could quite easily see him flanking Pinhead in a movie.

The artwork, and plot is great! The dialogue could be a bit better, but hopefully there'll be second part of this, the finished cenobite product. big grin.gif Voted excellent

It's really quite pretty. There are a couple of lines I think aren't perfect, like "A unique puzzle, but nonetheless a valid one." As a fan I know what that means but I'm not sure anyone could get it out of context, so I wonder if there's a better way to say it and still make it short.

But it's a good concept and very pretty.

Voted excellent for this piece. I thought the story was well writen and thought out and the art work was amazing. I would trade any "pro" HR comic for this any day.

Nice one.

Great praise indeed! Glad you enjoyed it, and I agree, Anna's art style is superb.

Absolutely. The colouring was fantastic too; really bought it to life. I liked the little twist on why the Cenobites wanted her too. Won't go into that for fear of spoiling. I hope we see the screwtop cenobite emerge in further issues. Brought a smile to my face when he turned up.
