For some reason, the story reminded me a bit of The Crucible, where a hypocritical priest and head of the town leads a huge witch hunt, except he gets his comeuppance here.

I enjoyed the stylized atrwork and the (loosely) historical subject matter of this one. It reminded me also of the video to Lords of Salem by Rob Zombie (some of which appears to have been inspired by the old horror film Black Sunday).
