Pretty Neat. I was especially thrilled to see the pinup of Hush. It made me go back and reread Damned Rogue again. That was a REALLY neat idea for those piercings on her arms.

It's a great piece of work and showcases well the talent that has been and is part of the online comic. A chance to see Anna's amazing Queen art is always welcome and I think the text pieces to accompany the new artwork works really well.

My only criticism (in retrospect, maybe useful for next time around) is that the text pages are not necessarily easily identifiable as being tied to the previous art page- people who are not paying attention might be confused?
In "paper" format, these would have appeared as a two-page spread, but in pdf/web, they are just sequential... Solution: you can make PDF pages double-width and just combine them next time, or we can just overlay some text on the images as appropriate. Would need to be less substantial than the full pages of text, obv., to not cover up the art. Thanks all for your feedback, we appreciate your readership and comments. |

I agree with Doc's point. It would be nice to see the image while reading the text that accompanies it. It's a good point, of course. But the problem becomes, sharing text and image, makes less room for both. I do think soemthign could be done to connect them more, whetehr a double page spread or not. I thought maybe using photoshop to have the tetx page repeat the full page art of page 1, but have it faded as the abckground with a full page of text over the top, if that makes sense? I'm sure there's several ways it could be done though, we should experiment for the eventual "Bindings II". - Scarecrow -------------------- "Liberate tutemet ex inferis"
